Creamy CINI Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon CINI Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste
- 2 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Prep the Eggs
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise.
- Carefully scoop the yolks into a small bowl and set the whites aside on a serving plate.
2. Mix the Filling
- Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
- Add the mayonnaise, CINI Sauce, Dijon mustard, and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne.
- Stir until the mixture is creamy and well blended. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
3. Assemble the Eggs
- Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites, dividing it evenly.
4. Top and Serve
- Sprinkle each egg with crumbled bacon and chopped chives.
- Serve chilled.
