Creamy CINI Deviled Eggs

Serving Size: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cooled and peeled 
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • 1 tablespoon CINI Sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 
  • Salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste 
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled 
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Prep the Eggs

  • Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. 
  • Carefully scoop the yolks into a small bowl and set the whites aside on a serving plate.

2. Mix the Filling

  • Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. 
  • Add the mayonnaise, CINI Sauce, Dijon mustard, and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne. 
  • Stir until the mixture is creamy and well blended. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

3. Assemble the Eggs

  • Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites, dividing it evenly.

4. Top and Serve

  • Sprinkle each egg with crumbled bacon and chopped chives. 
  • Serve chilled.
