Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon CINI Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon high-quality olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • A dash of red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep the cucumber
  • Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess liquid using a paper towel or cheesecloth.
  1. Mix the ingredients
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, CINI sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper.
  1. Chill and serve
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Serve as a dip, spread, or drizzle over your favorite dishes.
